You must be at least 13 years old to use Warranti. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
4. What You Can Do
Warranti grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may upload receipts, track warranties, and manage your items. You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
- Scrape, mine, or extract data from the Service without permission
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of any photos, documents, and data you upload to Warranti (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content, you grant Warranti a license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. AI and Scanning
Warranti uses artificial intelligence to read and extract information from receipts and documents you upload. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may not be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any extracted data. We do not guarantee that AI processing will be error-free.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Warranti offers both free and premium plans. Premium features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms Warranti or other users. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete Your Content in accordance with our data retention practices.
9. Disclaimers
Warranti is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Warranty tracking and reminders are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or professional advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warranti and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Warranti in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
